Hospital waterbeds

Bedridden, handicapped and burn patients are among those who would benefit from a waterbed's uniform weight distribution, but whose hospital or other institutional environment requires that their bed remain movable and adjustable. Our waterbed specifically designed to fit in movable hospital bedframes can be employed in these circumstances.

Our hospital waterbed is designed to use the minimum amount of water necessary to make a flotation-like surface possible without excessive weight enabling the bed to remain movable and adjustable. Also, its cover is insulated such that heating is not required making it free of any electrical connection.

Furthermore its special cover can be disinfected and is stain, moisture, smell and fire resistant, as well as anti-microbial. Its slightly textured surface keeps mattress pads and sheets from slipping out of position.
